I need to set up a VPN tunnelon a remote site from a BSR 222 via a Cisco 1801 ( BT N3 router) back to a Contivity 600 on my main site. My tech guys has been having problems, and i was wondering if anyone could help me please.

Hungryhorse you did say previousley that you could help.

What type of tunnel? Peer-to-Peer or Asynchronous? Do you have a static at both sides?

Not sure of the link type but there are definately going to be static IP. My tech guy is off for the week now so cant ask him.

If you have static IP addresses you can go with either a p2p or an ABOT. As long as the Cisco will pass ISAKMP and ESP traffic and doesn't NAT the traffic then you should be fine. If the Cisco is NATing traffic then you can't set up a branch office tunnel, you'll have to use the 222 in client mode.
