I have a factory and a store and a house that all need access to an ordering system like quickbooks enterprise. I have a VPN BEFVP41 at the factory. I assume that I need to creat a server there for the database to reside.

I need a static IP address from verizon?
Then I need two other VPN routers at the house and the store?
They then log through to the factory by the static IP address and access the server that holds the quickbooks enterprise files?
At the factory does XP do this or do I need to make one computer a server at the factory and load server software on to it?

Any thing else...???

Uhm, in theory it could work, providing your VPN devices to their own authentication. XP can be used as a server, not very efficient though. You may want to hire a consultant or another company to help you out a bit.
