VPN Remote phones

I am just looking to see how many of you guys have put in VPN phones and how they seem to you. we have put in like 10 or 15 of them and most are terminating to juniper SSG's. it seems like all of them are very unstable. they seem to drop in the middle of calls. they are rebooting a lot. i would just like to see what other people think about them and if they are working well.

I have installed them for four customers, three of them with the AvayaSG200 VPN and one with a Cisco VPN. Everything works fine.
