VPN remote ip softphone?

I know you can have a VPN-remote software for 4620. Does IP Softphone support VPN-Software??

as long as the vpn link back to the private lan is good softphone will work like a charm....

Thanks for that...So I will need Avaya VPNremote Client if using IP softphone or VPN-Remote firmware if using 4620 IP phones?
What is the difference between the Avaya SG 200, 203 & 208?

i think the main difference is the method of encryption and SG200 has a fix 50 vpn connections whereas the others can be
license upgradable....

my company is testing these now, before we roll them out to client we were wondering how would you troubleshoot any issues end users may have? what steps would my NOC take to single out issues without knowing the end users connections??
