I am running SBS2000 and I can have setp a VPN connection to neable remote users to connect to a Terminal Server.

RRAS and ISA2000 are setup correctly as far as I can tell. USers are able to connect to the VPN server and are assigned an IP, and the DNS is setup as per our server settings.

The problem is that this is far as we can get. Users cannot connect to the Terminal Server and are unable to ping the server or any internal computer.

Anyone have any ideas??

Cheers

many possiblities. 1. routing. have you enabled ip routing. also posting routing table here may help. 2. subnet. are you in the same subnet? post both vpn server and client ipconfig /all here may help.

Thanks for the reply Robert.

1. I have enabled IP routing as per instructions at ChicagoTech.net.
Here is my routing table.

2. Client computers may be on the same subnet. For example, my home network uses 255.255.255.0, which is the same as the work network. Other users however are having the same problem and do not even have a network setup at home.

Please note that I have toggled "Use default gateway on remote network" but to no avail at this stage. When it is not off I can browse the internet at home, but this means nothing to me whether I can do this or not, as all I want to do is get into the work network.

Hope you can help with this info.

Cheers
