we VPN onto the office network via our PIX and one of are users is having trouble, she can connect to the VPN (she supplies her domain username and password) and everything looks fine, but if she tries to use a network resource then it's as if she is not on the VPN i.e. outlook says exchange is not available and she cant open any files from network drives.
She has been using the VPN fine all year and the only things that have changed are, she hasn’t used the VPN for over a week as she was on holiday and we had a engineer in to create another VPN through the PIX to one of our clients sites. I would suspect that the second one is the problem except myself and another user can use the VPN from home fine.
