I have a 406V2 at 4.1.9 with 8 vcm the system has 11 vpn phones hanging off it. I have a problem with one phone that work most of the time but sometimes the vpn does not connect. Another has no problem with the phone at her house. She travels and can't connect. What is the best tool for checking the connection for the phones. I have programmed new phones then,they return the ones that they were having problems with and the work fine here. I would love to have a better way to check these phones???????
