We have an IPO500 8.1 with 8 VPN phones (9620L) That are all disconnecting as if on a timer every 10 days.

They are connected to a Netgear FVS336 which is behind a Sonicwall TZ410. (The Sonicwall is providing Layer 3 routing, (as the internet connection is a Comcast fiber connection and they do not provide routing.) The public IP is on the Sonicwall which is NAT-ing all traffic to the Netgear. I believe that the Sonicwall is causing the issue, but the IT says it is not. The VPN's all disconnect at the exact same time, so I do not believe it could be a timer in the Netgear, because the VPN phones connect at different intervals, as some are used for travelling.

Netgear tech support also says it is the Sonicwall.

Does anyone have any experience with a setup where you have a firewall behind another firewall, or with a Sonicwall that could have a timer to drop network connections like this?

Thanks!
Scott
