VPN Phone Needs to be log in after being down?

Hello,

I have a customer who has recently been having some trouble with their VPN. They have several VPN phones. When I got the VPN connection back up and working, only 1 of those phones connected automatically. The other 4 needed to log in again by entering their extension and password.

Does this make sense?

Does anyone know how long it takes before it gives up and asks you to log in again?

Any extra information is always helpful.

if the base number of the extension is different than the extension number being used then after a reboot it will request the user details.

I think if you use Delta server it remembers this info so you don't have to log in, but tlpeter can confirm this.
