VPN on wireless lan? 2

Anyone using VPN to secure wireless LAN links? Work ok?

I have a peculiar problem. I got my Dlink 614+ router and DWL-650+ wireless card working. Even my VPN works great except for I could not access any of my network shares.
When I directly connect my laptop thru RJ45 cable everything works great. With wireless no network share access. I use CISCO VPN client. I could launch exceed to connect to my unix hosts, PCanywhre works great. Everything works except for network shares? Any help would be appreciated!!!
