VPN for a small Windows ME Network

I have a small office network running ME and would like max 4 users to be able to log-in from home through VPN. I have a DSL Internet Connection. Can I do this with an inexpensive router or firewall ?

you really wouldn't need a firewall to do this. ME has its limitations but if you'd really like to limit the amount of users and such, id suggest simply upgrade to a server OS and you can configure a remote access option.
