VPN Error (Reason 413)

HI everyone,
we have two sites and one of them is set up on Cisco VPN and works fine when trying to connect remotley.

The other site which i have set up the same does not seem to connect.
i get the error :
"Secure VPN Connection Terminated Locally by the client. Reason 413:User Authentication Failed."

i get to the stage where you enter the user name and password then get the error.
When checking the Logs to see how far it gets, i can see it comes to Active Directory Verifies the User details then disappears some where. Can some on help me on this please?

P.S the user account has Remote access enabled

Try right clicking on he Account in AD. then properties and go to the accounts tab. Under the Account Options box scrool down to the bottom and check off the "do not requre Kerberos Authentication". Its how I got around the problem when i had it. Supposedly it is supposed to be checked off for the VPN client to authenticate but its just not consistent. Some of my users can connect fne with out it set.

Hiya mate, thanks for that, it was allready checked off, but i tried it both ways and it still says the same.
doing ma head in now.. works perfectly fine on our other site.
