Hi All, We are having a VPN connection problem that we can't figure out.. Hopefully someone here can give us some insight on the matter...
OK, What we have is this
We can set up our Linksys BEFVP41 at our Host location, Go to a remote location Set up Win XP Pro Security policies and get into the VPN and access what we need...meaning we can Ping all addresses we need to. BUT if we take our other BEFVP41 and set it up at the remote location we can get a VPN tunnel connected BUT we can ONLY ping the VPN router at the Host location and that is all. The Ping stops there can not ping any other address besides the router...
So to try and make this clearer. Win XP Pro can Connect to the BEFVP41 VPN Tunnel by itself and Ping 204.224.248.1 - .255
Make the same connection through two BEFVP41's and all I get is a ping reply from 204.224.248.49 which is the Host router address...
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Ben
