We have a staff who can successfully connected vpn via her dsl connection. Drives are also mapped with a little .bat file. But, once she clicks on one of the drives, the little hour glass shows up and never leave. She couldn't get to the files.
What should I check?

ps: she has been using the same pc for vpn for over a year now, no problem. there's no hardware/software/update change to the pc. the only thing is that she moved. first her dsl connection was dropping all the time but not anymore.
