vpn can only accept 1 connection

Hi all
setting up a vpn.{win2k} I have 1 connection working but when I try to connect more it wont allow it says connection in use. in the properties I have the user names and passwords assigned but the server is only allowing 1 connection at a time. and I need 5 at the same time please help

Click Start --> Programs --> Administrative Tools --> "Routing and Remote Access" icon in the administrative tools window

i have windows 2000 server. do i need windows 2000 advanced server to make this work???
