VPN 5610 with blank screen

I have a customer that has a 5610 that is connected to the main office's 406v2 (3.2.55) via a hardware VPN.

When you power the phone on, the screen shows that it the config settings are working and then the screen goes blank when it is finished. The softkeys beep when you press them but you can make and receive calls.

Any ideas?

It makes caller ID pretty difficult to say the least...

 
Look for h323 fixups in the VPN-routers.

If you look in monitor probely the phone is registered but you see an other type of phone, thats wy you don,t have display.

This is because of the fixups.

Plug it into the LAN port on the IPO, then move out one component at a time within your network.
