VPF6 and foreign language

Hi everybody,
I have one problem with a my program in VPF6.
When I use it on a Hebrew win2000, I can not start it because I get immediately an applicxation error(and then also a GPF error).
I have seen on internet that a similar problem was present (and solve?)with Visual studio service pack 4 and windows NT.
Have anyone some ideas concerning this problem?
I have used two run-time dll (VFP6R.DLL and VFP6RENU.DLL) to run my application on a english win2000 and all is ok.
Is possible that for the last one exist a correspondent dll in hebrew and other language?

Since you mentioned Service Pack 4, you probably already know about this:

This site specifically mentions problems fixed with the Hebrew localized version in SP4.

But, VFP 6.0 (Visual Studio) has a Service Pack 5. Here is the link that lets you download the VFP part:
