Has anyone set up a voting system (i.e. proxy voting) via members calling in on an 800#? Once the call is connected, what type of program was set up to collect the data and how was it programmed. I know this is done, but no idea how to incorporate it with my Definity. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You mean an automated system, not call center agents? Do you have IVR?

Yes, I mean automated system, NOT call center agent. No, I do not have IVR.

If it's just a simple yes/no voting result collection (e.g. "1 for yes, 2 for no"), no other information collection (caller info) needed, call vectoring would work by routing calls to 2 VDN based on the digit collected (with prompt annoumcement, and possibly some "Thank you for voting" announcements), then get VDN report with call count afterwards.
