Every time after I setted the volume in Control Panel, it'll automatically changed into other value when the Windows restart or start up.

I often have to change it to my prefered volume value as it changed automatically. How?

What kind of sound card do you have? Have you tried updating the driver for the sound card? What media players do you have loaded? Do you have any games load?

No. There's no any media player or game load automatically at starts up. Once the Windows starts up, the volume was changed automatically. In addition, this changes are occur often, not always.

I never installed any sound card, currently I'm using only the internal sound card.

I thnk this is where Mr Fixit was going, but do you have an icon in your system tray for your sound card ?(even if its built in) Sometimes cute little features in these sound card drivers will overide the windows settings on boot up. If there is some sort of sound card utility running, you can probably take it out of your registry and see if your sound level stays the same. (Or adjust it via that program to the level you want and see if it holds)

I wanna make it clear that it's not main volume setting, but the option Wave. The volume of Wave often changed it itself.

If you have any games, screen savers, tool bars that play sound these could be changing it. Go to start, run, in the white box type msconfig, select the start-up tab, uncheck any of the thing I listed above.
