Volume resetting on MICS 7.1

Just installed a MICS 7.1. Customer requested that the Page Tone be turned on to get their employees' attention. The page seemed fairly loud so we showed them how to turn down the volume on their sets by using the volume control bar when someone else is in the process of paging.

They got their phone volumes set the way they wanted and then two days later - the volume is back up on everyone one's phone. They adjust it again and a couple of days later - it resets again!

Now - before you ask - I have "Receiver volume" set to "use SET volume".

Am I missing something basic or do we have a ghost?

You've got it programmed right.

Try to cycle that setting, then power cycle to see if it stays put.

Also try using background music setting to adjust volume.
F86, turn volume bar then F#86 to turn music off (or static if no music).
