Volume IP Phones max by default? 1

Does anyone know a way to make the 96xx phones be max volume by default.
We are in a noisy work area and the phones seem to always default to 60% volume.
Also there seems to be 3 separate volumes. The speaker, the ringer, and the handset.

Check IP office manager > extensions > voip extension if the 'reset volume after call' is unticked
