Volume going IN/OUT over PRI when listneing to VM (9500)

User are complaining that Voicemails volume going in/out. Was able to duplicate by calling DID leaving VM and message volume went in and out completely. Calls route into 9500 over IP CCIS to 9300 then back to VM where 9500 is located
my routes are 10, 12 , 14
Is this aPad issue if so what are some its I can mess with ?
 
I'd try a reboot of the PAD cards before anything else. Perform a DCON while on a call to see exactly where it's going and what routes it's actually using.
 
A few other commands that may help, FLNK = trace command (PAD card), FSTS = display detail connection - station, SPTS, PAD usage.
