Hello to all,

I can not increase and/or decrease the volume in 4224 Operator phone.
Any idea?

Hi rfpup - what did you try? The volume can be controlled by the +/- keys whilst on a call. The improvement to the volume is barely noticeable though but it may help. The Plantronics Vista Amplifiers or the GN Netcom GN8000 MPA will improve the volume significantly when used with a headset.

if you're talking about the ring volume then do the following:
in command OPISS set parameter LEV=H, high level

and you can also program your own melody by pressing the ALARM button on 4224 and access program melody mode by pressing ANS/EXN * 7 simultaneously during at least 1 second
and to exit press #
you can program ur melody there.
cheers

Hi,

I tried with +/- keys during a call but for me there was not reaction from 4224 operator phone.

Regarding the ring volume I have the same volume with LEV=H and LEV=L. I see it strange.

Thank you anyhow for your suggestions.
