I have an NBX system that I need to apply voice recording to I can attribute a particular recording to a specific phone at a particular time. Any suggestions/recommendations.
It utilizes Tapi Wav ports and creates a conference Bridge on a server (without exceeding the conferencing limitations of the nbx) and gives you the flexibility to do call monitor, record, whisper, barge-in. It also gives executives, (using record on demand), the ability to press "*" twice during a conversation, and tell BrightArrow to save the conversation in it's entirety for later listening. This can also be used via the find me follow me feature. Another bonus is the free voice recognition name directory replacement.
I prefer this solution over a hook flash conference,or the alternative mac based packet sniffing products (which require all potential recording extensions and NBX to be non-switched, therefore eliminating the ability to VLAN Tag, or prioritize)
