using softphone

when i dial a number i get no ringing i just hear when the call is answered same with mobiles internal and mobiles.

This is both on 3.1 56 software

Enable fast start in phone manager.
Restart Phone Manager.

Thanks i just tend to use IP Phones

Uncheck Offhook Station in User telephony tab.
This will enable busy tone.
