VoIP VPN 9608G phones not reporting on call accounting - port number?

We have a few homeworkers with VPN flashed 9608G phones. The call accounting program doesn't seem to pick their activity up. Their base extension and user extension are the same. Wondering if we have a port closed in the VPN router. Any thoughts? R7.0.36 w/vm pro
