I have two BCM50 3.0 that I am am prepairing to network together through VOIP trunks and MCDN. My question is concerning dialing plans. LocA has 4 digit DN's starting out with a 44XX and LocB has the same design 45XX. No numbers corrisponds with one another on the other system. Is there a innovative way to design my DestCodes so that I wont have to change the DN's at one of my sites. But utilize my existing DN design for both?

You'll have a problem with 45XX on site A. The DN range includes 45XX as well.

He means the BCM will number itself with more than 100 possibilities making 44XX intrude on 45XX. Look under inactive sets and HGs and renumber somewhere else.

Adversity is Opportunity

if both sites are up and runing and it to late to change them. Just create a destination code of (8) for example to use the VIOP trunks. Then just send the remaining digits.

Deweyhumbolt are you saying that I can resolve this issue by locating all DN's on the BCM sites and change the DN's to move away from my destcode?

You only need to do that on the 44xx site as the 45xx site has no conflict with 44 destination code. So yes you can change DN's that comes after 4499.
