Good Morning Folks,
I am working with our Network Admin to get VOIP running. He has installed the VOIP in the Cisco router and dropped my a CAT 5 cable. I am connecting this to a TN464F which is configured as a standard DS1 as well as Tie trunk.
When the Trunk first comes up, I get dial tone and things seems to work just fine. After 5 minutes or so of idle time, the connection drops and goes to an "Out of Service" state.

I know without knowing the setup on the router it's shooting in the dark, but has anyone here run into anything like this.
