We use a combination of Avaya software and have played with HammerAnalyzer when needed for a specific problem.

We also have some functionality available via HPO and the Avaya plugin.

Integrated Management Suite 3.0 For "voip" the main tool is Voip Monitoring...However our main use for the suite is snmp and OSSI alarming and notification of all our switches gateways and endpoints.
