I was wondering if anyone knew of VoIP software that you could run on your PC that would allow call in on the Modem and forward to your VoIP Provider. Kind of like a software Voice Switch I guess.

You won't really be able to do that, as far I know. I don't think your modem will have the capability of acting like an FXO port.

No of any SOHO hardware platforms that might do it?
If you want to user a standard voice modem, the only thing I could find is this piece of payware for Windows: So far the best free option is Asterisk on a Linux box, but you will need a proper FXO card as opposed to a voice modem.
