Hi-its been two years since I've touched a punch tool-i just switched to vonage. My router and d-mark are in two seperate areas. I guess I need to run a cat5 cable to one room from 66 block or run 2 cat3 to my vonage adapter. Or maybe I am making this way too hard. I have 2 lines with vonage. I have an ESI switch punched to a 66 block.

Or could I just punch a cat5 cable to 66 block, put a rj45 head on the other end so I can plug up the adapter without having to run cables across the building

Is there a phone jack where your router is located? IN that case you could wire the VOnage adaptor to that phone jack - BUT YOU MUST first disconnect the phone line at the real demarc.

Not a clean way to do it, but asssuming that the jacks in the house are wire up for two lines it should work.
