Got a client who as usual was enticed to switch phone service from pots to voip from the cable company, without consulting with the phone vendor.
Anyhow the cable guy put the new line into co1 on the system and although we get dial tone, the panasonic phones cannot break it, nor do we get ringing on incoming calls.
Anyone have any ideas or have experienced similar issues?

it should work without I have vonage on my tda50 not a hitch callerid callwaiing and all.what is the name of the voip provider?

does the Voip line work with a standard SLT phone only on that line?

The provider is comcast, and yes the line performs correctly
using a buttset.

Should work fine on a LCOT card you may need to change some of the settings in LCOT card properties
Did the provider give you any info on the Voip interface?
