Got a client who as usual was enticed to switch phone service from pots to voip from the cable company, without consulting with the phone vendor.
Anyhow the cable guy put the new line into co1 on the system and although we get dial tone, the panasonic phones cannot break it, nor do we get ringing on incoming calls.
Anyone have any ideas or have experienced similar issues?
