Voip.ms sip trunking to 3300

Has anyone had success connecting to this provider?
If so, would appreciate any destails.
Not included in Mitel's Interop list found online

Got it working with one test scenerio: call out on SIP softphone (I am remote) and back in answering on Nupoint or an IP set.
Intermittent failures calling in on DID via PSTN.
When calls fail no CCS trace events.
Unfortunately customers L2's are older and according to their IT group lack ability to mirror ports.
