I am new to this and our site has VOIP inplace on an option 11, can anyone tell me how to adjust the number of concurrent VOIP calls before failing over to PSTN.

I am using the OTM web tool element manager.

Thanks

Factor the amount of VoIP trunks to your bandwidth, and you can set up your ARS to overflow to the PSTN trunks when they are busy. Depending on your codec and pipe, you can calculate the correct number of trunks. I can't remember off hand what the formula is maybe someone else?
