Hi There!

I have a BCM 400 (3.6) with 20 VoIP Trunks & 31 Active i2004
and 3 more client license to go.

I rebooted today and happed to open BCM monitor after
the reboot to noticed that of my 20 VoIP lines i thought
i'd normally see in the BCM monitor, I am only seeing 9.

(see image)

I see Lines 1 to 6 (incoming was the last call type) and
I see Lines 12 to 15 (outing was the last call type.

I'm I correct in thinking that all my lines are "OK" and
the only reason I see 1-6 and 12-15 is that for this
period of activity, this was the busiest the switch ever
got and only these lines were utilized, thus displayed
in BCM monitor??!?

Thanks!
Jason

you're correct. It only shows you info on lines that have been used.

You won't see all the lines in BCM Monitor until they have been used at least once.. It's also an easy way to tell if a customer uses all their lines (possible savings for customer if they're asking).. But a reboot will remove all lines from this list until they have been used..

Thank you both (bluemr2,DBrewsky)for your answers!
