voip hard phone

I have setup voip across a vpn with ipo's works a treat want i want now is to setup the home user
any tips how to do his i want to configure a softphone and i want to plug a hard ip phone in

You would basically have to setup a VPN between the home user and your IP Office. As long as the IP phone can ping the server, you should be set. The trick to this is for a softphone, you can use software VPN client on the computer, launch the Phone manager IP software and you're off. If you're looking for a hardphone, you'd need something like a router to plug the phone into, again being able to ping back to the IP Office.

so you have to have a vpn you cant use it like skype
