VoIP h232 trunks

one of our customers has 2 BCM 400 3.7 and 5 bcm 50 network using h323 trunks. One of the BCM 400 had a lightning hit. We have got it that system back up. I am able to make out going call to the other system over the VoIP trunks. However incoming call are not ringing to the phone. BCM Monitor show the call cominging in and alerting the right number. any clue what the issue could be.
 
Have you checked that the target lines are showing the correct received digits?. Have you reset any Hub's switches etc?.

yes the target lines ar5e correct, but we have not rest any switchs.
I may have there IT person do that, thank for the post
 
What type of telephone sets?

Does the call ring to the prime set for the incoming H323 trunk?

Is the received number length correct?

Is the received number configured as private on the target line?

Is the call arriving with the correct TON?
