one of our customers has 2 BCM 400 3.7 and 5 bcm 50 network using h323 trunks. One of the BCM 400 had a lightning hit. We have got it that system back up. I am able to make out going call to the other system over the VoIP trunks. However incoming call are not ringing to the phone. BCM Monitor show the call cominging in and alerting the right number. any clue what the issue could be.
