Voip Gateway - wireless solution

I have two offices interconnected by wireless routers and the main office running a norstar mics system and the second office with a norstar compact. Are there gateway's available to hook up to the phone systems to tie both offices together over a bridged eoip network and would I need poe?

Is this scenario possible and what type of equipment would I need.

Multitech gateways and Norstar E&M cards work extremely well.
You can also support site to site internal paging using this method.

From reading in some of the other post's they mention LS/DS cards are these something I would require as well and is this phone system fairly easy to setup, I cannot seem to find any manuals or examples of what I'm trying to acheive.

I am really new to this phone stuff, most of my experience is with networking.

I've heard that MCK digital extenders work very well, but I've also heard they won't work over wireless.

MCK works great over wireless as long as the radio system is installed properly and is of sufficient quality. You should expect problems with the low end 802.11 systems.

I'm running a wireless 802.11g at a data rate of about 50Mbps RX/TX. If I were to use the extenders would I still require the LS/DS and E&M Cards.

MCK does not support WiFi or VPN's caveat emptor.
LS/DS cards are not necessary using Multitech extenders.
Things work much better using analog E&M cards and DISA.
No issues with Multitech over WiFi.
E&M cards are also used in LS/DS installs with Norstar VoIP gateways to provide DTMF receivers for auto answer trunking.
The Multitech is also much easier to program than Norstar VoIP gateway.
