Voip Gateway setup

I was wondering if someone could have a look at my configuration and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to network a mics and cics system with nortel voip gateway's and not having much luck on getting it to work. I created a line pool B for 4 trunk lines on one LS/DS card connected to a Combo card. I added a access code to open a channel get dialtone and when I dial a 3 digit ext. number It pauses and then rings busy. Line pool B is only added to one ext. on each side for testing. This will only be used for ext. to ext. over a fiber connection. I've included a config example of one of the gateways.

The documentation for those gateways are terrible. They are actually made by a company called MediaTrix. You might be able to call them and get them to help you. They call it something like model 1100. They make it and Nortel slaps their name on it. Good luck.
