Does anyone know of a 3rd party fax adapter (VoIP to analog) that will work with IPO?

HI!

We have used Micronet SP5002 for this.

Following is important:
Use G711.
Turn of fax transport support!
Set the fax maschine to 14400 as max speed for send and receive.

Do you need any licences for the ip-office, or is it working without licences.

And can you send me the configuration, of the ip-office and the micronet sp5002.

You need an IP Endpoint license.

I can't give you any cfg's, sorry...

Can I use these to "IP Enable" a standard cordless phone?

I have used the Micronet for fax 2 times, with succes as long as you remember that 14400 is max.

You can use for an analog telephone, but the functionality will kind of suck.. IPO doesn't follow the normal interpretation of H.323, so functions as transfer and hold won't work as expected..

I have yet to find a H.323 adapter that works with transfer/hold on the IPO.
