Voip engine failure

Hi,

Has anybody seen this before:

MG-010-1(super)# show voip

I am unable to busyout the voip, resetting it doesn't help and the whole MGP has been reset with no change.

Is this a hardware changeout?

Hi Lambman,

we have had also these problems several times. the only thing you can do is to swapout the mediagateway.

Yes, that is why I put

"resetting it doesn't help"

I have had the same also and you would need to prepare a ticket to swapout another MG

I have had similar problems and have a couple of time woke up the voip by changing the IP address and, doing a show ip oute voip 0 to verify the routes actually took for the voip module(s).
