I currently have a Packet8 (like Vonage) voip adapter plugged into my analog port on an IPO403 3.1(56). The quality of the connection on both sides is great but often I am having an echo on the IP Office side on calls over this connection. At first I thought it was my IP Phones but it happens even on analog extensions. It occurs on calls both inbound and outbound.
Does anybody have some experience with this or some ideas on how I could adjust mt trunk properties to eliminate this?

Thanks
Clay

Try to use different codecs and decrease volume levels.

Which ATM module are you using. The new one has echo cancellation built in. Make sure your ATA device is upgraded to the latest firmware from Packet8. I know a few people that do this exact thing and they had to tweak gains before everything was corrected.
