VoIP ACD 1150 phone question

Hello,

what type should I use if I want to build the ACD 1150 phone? I used type i2004 but on the display of the phone said InvalidType. We have CS1000 SG, release 4.5.

Please let me know what I should do?

You should use IPACD type.

If you know, can you tell me what key I should program NRD, MSB, SPA. I want to program these features on the key on the hard keys of the phone not the self-labeled line.

According to the NTPs, Keys 12 to 15 are for the ACD features with Key 12 NRD, KEY 13 MSB, KEY 14 ASP and KEY 15 EMR
