Voicemails Won't play on One X Mobile Client

IP Office 8.1 with the One X Mobile Preferred Client. When pressing the play button I get "sorry this player does not support this type of audio file". If I select to not use a 3rd party player the thing sits there spinning until it times out.

Some android phones do not support the type of .wav file. Go to the market and get a media app that plays the files. The owner of my company has a Droid2 I think and I had to do the same with his. I will see if I can find the name of the app for you. I had to try a couple of them before I found one that would play it.

That is why I come to Tek Tips. To find the poor guys who already beat their heads against the wall getting something to work. That would be great if you could find that app. I was pretty sure this would be the resolution.

Remote Wave is what he is using but it varies from device to device. Just make sure you go into Settings>Voicemail and choose to use a third party player. Then install apps till you find one.
