Hello,
We've recently ran into an issue where any voicemails that are left on any extension are not showing up in user's voicemail inbox. When you call an extension, you're able to hear the user's voicemail greeting and hear the beep to record your voicemail but after you record it and hang up, the voicemail doesn't show up anywhere. Another issue I've noticed is that if you create a new extension in the phone system, a folder for the voicemail inbox is not created at all for the user under /opt/vmpro/Accounts. If I open up Voicemail Pro however, I can see the new user's inbox in there. It's almost as if there is a permissions issue somewhere where the phone system is not permitted to write to the inbox folders under /opt/vmpro/Accounts. I hope all this makes sense. I'm not sure where else to look to solve this issue. I've tried restarting voicemail services and our primary server as a whole but still no luck. We are currently on Avaya IP Office version 11.0.4.1.0 build 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure the user and group vmpro has full permissions to the Accounts directory and all subfolders. I've run into the same issue.
Login as root and run: chown -R vmpro:vmpro /opt/vmpro/Accounts

Is it possible that the user is set to forward voicemail messages to email and the email address is incorrect?
