Voicemails do not always show up in the one-X mobile app

Using 9.0.2.0 build 860 for IP Office and Application Server.

one-X mobile users report intermittent issue of voicemails not showing up within their one-X mobile app.

I confirmed this by leaving a voice mail for a user then logging into that user's one-X mobile app on my phone. The voice mail did not appear at all (heard or unheard).

I have email "alerts" enabled so users receive an email when a voicemail has been received, and I can see the outbox that these emails have been sent.

Any suggestions on this issue? Reliability is important, and missing voicemails just doesn't work with business.
 
Are they showing up on the desk phone? If yes, do you have it set to "Forward" instead of "Copy"?
 
Well, about half of these users do not have/use a dedicated desk phone.

Plus, it is set to "Alert" and not "Forward" or "Copy".
