one-X mobile users report intermittent issue of voicemails not showing up within their one-X mobile app.
I confirmed this by leaving a voice mail for a user then logging into that user's one-X mobile app on my phone. The voice mail did not appear at all (heard or unheard).
I have email "alerts" enabled so users receive an email when a voicemail has been received, and I can see the outbox that these emails have been sent.
Any suggestions on this issue? Reliability is important, and missing voicemails just doesn't work with business.
