We recently had a salesperson quit that we have been forwarding their calls to another internal sales number, we also want unanswered calls to go to the forwarded persons mailbox rather than the original mailbox, is this possible? We're running v5 update 4.

You can do this by creating an Auto Attendant whose top level function is to call the extension you are forwarding to (make sure to uncheck the play prompt option) and then forward the extension of the person that left to that auto attendant rather than directly to the extension.
