Does anyone know how to set up voicemail so that when you delete the message, it deletes right away. We're having issues with users deleting voicemails, but it still says their mailbox is full. I've gone into the settings tab under Message policy and tried it with it enabled and disabled. Any ideas. We are on a Unity.

if you are doing unified you will have to make the mailbox size in exchange bigger. The message is triggered by an exchange attibute that tells Unity that the mailbox is almost full, therefore the message.

We are not using unified messaging, so I'm thinking its another option.

Even without unified unity runs on exchange so don't rule that out until you verified that. Check the allowed size of the mailboxes for the users in Unity's active directory.

What version of unity by the way?
